I am a Real Estate Sales Consultant with extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate Sales in the North Tampa Bay area of Florida since 1997. I Listen, I act and I Care! I am committed to helping my clients to better their life by making informed decisions and solid investments whether they are first time buyers, move up clients, retirees or investors. We are affiliated with the West Pasco Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have been the liaison between The West Pasco Board of Realtors and the Pasco Building Association and recently got certified as a New Home Co Broker (NHCB) to better serve customers who are deciding on weather to buy re-sale or build a brand new home. I have received many awards and I also earned the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designaton. I have served on the Education Committee of the West Pasco Board Of Realtors. I believe that always learning is a must! In life and in Real Estate things always change and I as a professional owe you that I am on top of current technology and market trends I have extensive experience with Foreign Nationals and their investments relating to Real Estate.
