About Michael

With over 17 years of real estate experience in Naples and Marco Island, I have had the privilege of serving this beautiful area. Coming from a family of architects and real estate developers, my upbringing has instilled in me a deep understanding of the industry. I hold a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University, further enhancing my ability to assess property value and potential.

As an active agent and the CFO of the Sandlin Team, I bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to every transaction. I take pride in guiding my clients through each step of the process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions. My dedication to exceptional performance and customer service has been recognized with multiple accolades, including the Gulf Shore Life Real Estate Agent 5 Star Award and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

In addition to my real estate work, I am actively involved in the Naples and Marco communities. I am a proud member of the National & Florida Association of Realtors and have served on the Board of Directors for the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors. Giving back is important to me, and I support organizations such as the American Heart and Alzheimer's Association, Boyscouts of America, and various educational programs for children.

I have an adventurous spirit and have traveled extensively, exploring diverse landscapes and cultures around the world. Whether it's climbing mountains or diving into the depths of the ocean, I find joy in outdoor activities that connect me with nature. I also share my passion for fly fishing through an annual global fishing excursion with an adventure group.

Beyond my professional and adventurous pursuits, I maintain an active lifestyle with my wife and twin boys. We enjoy cycling, fishing, and scuba diving together, embracing all that this vibrant community has to offer.
