Peter Crowley - Broker and Co-


Broker, Owner and President of RE/MAX Alliance

Group, Peter proudly oversees management of all

Alliance Group offices. He has the pleasure of working

with the most experienced and brightest management

team in the country. His experience includes: • Former

Director of My Florida Regional MLS • 2014 President of

the Sarasota Association of REALTORS® • Graduate of

Ron Travis - Recruiting and Co-


In 1992 Ron Travis, along with a partner, opened

RE/MAX Gulfstream Realty. In '95 and '05 they were

named RE/MAX FL Broker/Owners of the Yr then

RE/MAX Int’l Broker/Owners of the Yr in '08. They

earned the Hustle Award in '96, the Eagle Award in '02

and the Premier Community Citizenship Award in '03.

His experience includes: • President, Manatee Assoc of

REALTORS® • 5 yr Dir, National Assoc of REALTORS®

• REALTOR® of the Year, 1993 • Holds the Certified

Residential Broker Designation

Kink Crowley - General Manager

Kink started with RE/MAX Alliance Group in 1990 and

has been part of the management team for over 30

years. As General Manager, she has the pleasure of

overseeing the most incredible support staff in the real

estate business. Kink is extremely proud of the staff at

RE/MAX Alliance Group, they understand that the agent

is our customer and strive to deliver the best service

every day.

Joe Shea - Head Counsel,

Alliance Group Legal Services

RE/MAX Alliance Group has a full time, in-house

licensed attorney with more than 20 years of experience

in real estate law. Having in-house legal counsel allows

your agent to receive expert legal advice on your

transaction, without the cost and delay of seeking

outside counsel.

David Clapp - Managing Broker

/Director of Education

David assists agents with contract/transaction issues,

goal setting/ business planning and any other challenges

they have in the day to day operation of their business.

As necessary he is involved with customer issues. As

the Director of Education, he is responsible for the

development and implementation of all of the

Educational and Training Programs presented in the

company. Additionally, he helps evaluate, develop, and

implement many of the new programs that are

introduced in our company.

Steve Zeris - Managing Broker

Steve guides and educates agents in the profession of

selling real estate. He completes ongoing education to

stay informed of current laws, events, technology and

market trends, allowing him to provide the best advice to

agents. He also assists to resolve issues between

Buyers, Sellers, Agents and Brokers in order to complete

successful transactions and minimize liabilities. Steve

acts as an agent liaison for Administration, Accounting,

Broker Responsibilities, MLS and in-house ancillary


Roger Piro - Managing Broker

Roger has been in the real estate field for over 20 years

and serves as a reliable resource for agents, assisting

them with the preparation of contracts, forms

processing, sales questions, and client relations. Roger

also provides assistance with the day-to-day

management activities associated with the functioning of

the RE/MAX Alliance Group offices. Prior to joining

RE/MAX Alliance Group, Roger spent 12 years as a

manager for Century 21 Advantage before opening

Town and Country Real Estate.

Kellie Cyr - Managing Broker

Kellie truly enjoys being a managing broker for RE/MAX

Alliance Group and helping to enhance the careers of its

agents. She is their partner and support system and

assists them in creating a business that will enable them

to be successful! In addition .HOOLH looks for new talent

coming into the business and works to bring those

agents into the Alliance Group family.

Shadd Boucher – Managing Broker

Shadd is a valuable resource for RE/MAX Alliance Group

agents. He answers questions for agents pertaining to real

estate transactions, best practices, rules and regulations as

well as customer relations. Shadd works closely with agents on

business development and coaching providing in office

instruction on numerous subjects as well as one-on-one

guidance. Shadd helps agents navigate technology, provides

script labs for customer interaction and coaches on lead

generation and conversion.

Karen Cox - Administration &

Technology Engagement

Karen started with RE/MAX Alliance Group in 1993 and

provides support and training for Alliance Group agents

on web based systems and tools. She also distributes

information throughout the company to agents and staff

via various communication methods and acts as liaison

for the company’s Family of Services. As part of her

administrative duties Karen supervises agents' license

status and association memberships and processes the

additions of new agents to the company.
