About Richard

As a Florida native and seasoned real estate professional, I bring extensive knowledge of the local market to my clients. With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in helping clients achieve their selling and buying goals in residential homes, vacant lots, condominiums, and new construction in Marco Island and Naples.
Before obtaining my real estate license in 1988, I served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Since then, I have been dedicated to providing top-notch guidance and service to the Marco Island and surrounding areas. My reputation in the community is built on my exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent communication with customers.
