About Kim

I have been in Real Estate since 2011. I was first licensed in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and I am now licensed as a Broker Associate in Florida. I first moved to Venice, Florida in 1982 but then left in 1984 to join the Navy. Having served in the Navy for 21 years and a retired Senior Chief, I know what it is like to move every three years and how stressful it can be to find and sell a home. I will always listen and work hard to find you the perfect home and get your home sold quickly and for the most money possible. After retiring we moved back to Venice in 2012. We love living in paradise and know you will too!

I Graduated from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, Wisconsin with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management. I continue to work/serve with the Venice Lions Club.
