As a Manager and part of the Risk Management Team, I assist agents with contract/transaction issues, goal setting/ business planning, motivation, technology issue, and any other challenges they have in the day to day operation of their business. As necessary I get involved with customer issues. As the Director of Education, I am responsible for the development and implementation of all of the Educational and Training Programs presented in the company. Additionally, I help evaluate, develop, and implement many of the new programs that are introduced in our company.

Enjoys travel within the continental United States and has traveled to over 30 states and 17 of our National Parks via motor home. Flown to visit other places like Bermuda, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Cancun, Italy, Germany, Amsterdam, and Canada. Walt Disney World in central Florida is a favorite location for vacationing, having been there some 20 times. Other hobbies include mechanics, repair / rebuild cars, trucks & boats along with All Terrain Vehicles, four wheelers, dirt bikes, etc. Also enjoys rehabbing older houses for investment and resale. Special sports interest includes water sports, power boating, skiing, jet skiing, volleyball, golf and tennis. Other interest new construction, building spec. houses and selling them. Automation and the whole computer technology field. Youth Work, act as a sponsor, teacher, leader in church youth groups. Education, enjoy teaching real estate, motivational, and spiritual topics.
