One example is the electronic scanning and storage of documents and dissemination of company correspondence via email, which all serve the dual purpose of eliminating paper waste as well as maximizing the time our realtors can service their clients. Another innovative concept put forth by RE/MAX Alliance Group is the certified Green Team of trained real estate agents certified in sustainable building, LEED and marketing initiatives. The realtors that qualify to serve as a member of the Green Team have demonstrated a heightened commitment to green real estate marketing through a two day certification program conducted by Two Trails, Inc, a Florida Green and sustainable Building certification company. This website also allows you to search the MLS for green homes as well as new home inventory via arrangements with local builders to help promote their Florida Green certified real estate inventory.
